We personally haven’t developed any programs of our own. Many have asked, why not? Well simply put, these are the ones we have tried and they worked for us. Instead of putting something out that is basically already out there we promote what worked for us.
Women already have so many programs to choose from when it comes to weight/fat loss, diets, and workouts. No need to add more when so many already work.
