Simply speaking nothing really exercises thigh fat away! This is because, unlike we all would like to think, there is no way to spot reduce fat away. In other words you can’t focus on an area to burn fat or lose weight as this is determined by your body.
Exercises like this are good for toning but do nothing for fat loss. You can spend hours doing this and still lose no fat in your thigh region.
Reason For Thigh Fat
Fat tends to form in the bellies of men, for women fat deposits around the pelvis, butt, and thighs. The reason for this in women is for maternal reasons. It is proven that women create almost double the amount of fat cells as men. Fat stored around butt and thighs of women appears to act as reserve storage for the energy demands of lactation.
Too much Thigh Fat
A disadvantage to having too much thigh fat is cellulite which may cause a woman’s hips, thighs and butt to appear to look like the peel of an orange. Sadly there is no cream, massage lotion, or pill that will get rid of cellulite. The only help in general is weight loss which will help to reduce its appearance.
Though is possible to inherit where we store fat or even things such as wide or narrow hip bones, and even board or narrow shoulders we do not inherit the fat, we gain that all on our own. The fat comes simply from overeating and thus consuming more fat storage than is needed for energy.
Getting Rid of the Fat
The simplest way to get rid of thigh fat is losing weight. Yes you can and still need to do thigh exercises but remember that exercising helps strengthen muscle and burn calories. It will NOT specifically burn fat in any region but help with weight loss overall.
The Ugly Truth
The truth of the matter is that the fat thighs are your fault and yours alone. There is no such thing as I am stuck with these thighs because it runs in the family. The fat came simply because of how you were eating! With that being said losing the fat is solely up to you and a healthy diet with regular exercise will get you there.
