Wanting a perfect body is the desire of so many women. This is something that women tend to dream about and are willing to go through drastic measures to get. From starving themselves to all kinds of crazy diets there is no end to getting that perfect body.

Some women are just too hard on themselves while others give themselves too much credit. Getting the perfect body will have women looking at only the imperfections about themselves and not seeing all the great things they have to offer.
The Perfect Female Body
Just what is the perfect female body? For some women the perfect body is having nice tone arms, nice long legs and a flat stomach. For others the perfect body has to do with have the perfect body proportions meaning that they have the small waist with the nice size breasts and hips. This gives the appearance of the perfect hourglass figure.
For some woman will say, “I want the perfect body!” and really have no idea of what they are looking for. To them the perfect body for a female is just the opposite of what they are. The perfect body measurements to them will always be something like what some other woman has. You know the type of women who are always saying, “I wish I was her size or had her legs.”
How to Get a Perfect Body
To be simple there is no way to get a perfect body simply because there is no such thing as a perfect body or the perfect measurement. There is no perfect body diet and of course there are no perfect body workouts. The only thing you can do is find happiness and peace with who you are and have realistic goals.
Losing weight and getting in better shape is something anyone can accomplish. Expecting to lose 50lbs in three months may not be the most achievable goals. However you can get the body you want if you are willing to work hard and put in the effort.
Diet for the Perfect Body
Well the body you have may not be perfect to you but with the right diet you can and will surely lose weight. Remember when you are dieting and looking to achieve what you call the perfect body you should keep a couple of things in mind.

First and most important there is no diet for the perfect body! You can go any diet however the rules will never change. Every diet will require you to eat less calories than you think is needed in order to lose weight. Whether its low carb, no meat, or the Cabbage diet you will end up eating about 1000-1500 calories.
This means that if you were used to eating 2500 calories per day you are now cutting back on 1000 calories per day. With that you could possibly lose 2lb per week without even exercising.
Working Out for the Perfect Body
There are a lot of workout programs for women out there and I think every woman should find the one that they are most comfortable with. Simply find a workout that allows you to achieve the goals that you have in mind. For some women this is to lose weight, get lean and tone and for others it’s to put on some muscle.
Whatever you are looking to do, to get to where you want you must stay focus and keep moving forward. There are going to be some roadblocks along the way and nothing worthwhile is ever easy. Just keep working hard and though there is no such thing is a perfect body you can achieve the body that you are looking for.

Whenever I hear someone say they want the “perfect body” I cringe because they are setting themselves up for failure. Instead what people should aim for is trying to reach their potential. By this I mean having a specific goal of losing fat, or gaining muscle or performing at a higher level.
It is also hard to define potential because we don’t know exactly what our peak is, however, this keeps a person highly motivated to continue with a workout program for, ideally, a lifetime.
Like you say here, stay focused and work hard and you will get closer to your goal.
