Perfect Time to Exercise and Lose Weight

When is it the Perfect Time

You know a lot of times it would seem like perfectionism would seem like a great thing to shot for.  You know getting a perfect score on your test, never missing a day, never late and well you know where I’m going.  I mean you can’t get better than “the best” or “perfect”, right?

Perfect Time to Exercise

Though this may be a good trait to have in some aspects it can also be one of the worst trait to have if you only believe in perfection.   I mean if you really ever want to achieve and goals in life you are going to have to sometimes settle for less right?

Let’s Think About this For a Moment

Of course you should have high standards and goals in life and I believe this is important.  No one should settle for the worst just because it’s easy?  Think about yourself when it comes to losing weight and how many times you said that it’s not the right time or you’ll need to wait until such and such is better or perfect.

People who want things to always be perfect end up putting a lot of stress on others and themselves and for the most part end up need achieving anything they set out simply because its needed to be perfect.

When It Comes to Losing Weight

In theory a lot of people on right on track to lose weight and see the changes they wish to see.  Somehow or another they get off track because something isn’t right to them or is simply taking too.  In fact they end up starting something new that they think is a perfect solution to their past problem.

Timing is EverythingIn short they ended up spending all that time in the gym and days eating better only to start over all over again.  Mind you before they start a new program they feel they might as well enjoy a few days of “being bad” before the new better program begins and thus only hurt them more.

In short what I am saying is don’t put off something you can do today for another day.  Don’t think that things have to be a certain way for you to start losing weight.  There is new perfect diet or workout that is going to help you lose weight.  You have to except that everything may not be to your liking but if you keep trying to wait until it is you will never do anything.

Stop Planning and Just Do

I see a lot of women planning to lose weight, join a gym, or make a simple change in their lifestyle.  Of all of those women most have failed to do anything.  I’ve seen them wait for years to lose 10-15lbs or stop drinking.    I’m not sure why this is but I think that they seem to think there is a right time to do something.

You will always feel as though you could have done something different or better.  But let’s be realistic, if you hadn’t done anything would you be able to know what you did wrong?  Getting started is always the hard part, quit thinking you need more knowledge or need to wait until that perfect time.  If you keep that up you will never get anything accomplished.

Visual Impact for Women – Time to Get Lean and Sexy

Visual Impact Female Workout Program

Finally ladies a workout designed especially for women.  Visual Impact for Women does what no other workout program does which is to put women first and foremost.  Not all women looking to get in shape and lose weight are looking to gain muscle.  Most women just want to lose weight and keep it off not become a fitness model or bodybuilder!

Visual Impact Beach Body

Workout for a Slim Feminine Look Visual Impact for Women is a workout program dedicated to helping women get-in-shape, lose weight, and being healthy while not completely changing their lifestyle.  The creator, Rusty Moore, knew that a lot of women are in fear of working out simply because they are afraid of bulking up. His goal was to address the issues that so many females face and he is dead on with this program.

You Don’t Have to Gain Muscles to Get In Shape Many women choose not to workout simply because they are in fear.  The question is, in fear of what?  Too many women have been misled to believe that in order to get in shape and lose fat they must gain weight or bulk up.  In other words women don’t want to go to the gym or workout if they think they are going to look like a muscle bound female “Incredible Hulk”.

So what do women choose to do instead?  That’s just it women would rather not workout and lose weight instead of gaining muscle.  No one has tackled this issue until now and Rusty hits this issue dead on.  Women don’t want to look muscular instead they what to appear lean and tone with a nice flat stomach.

Increase Muscle Tone without Adding Mass Rusty has perfected the methods of how to tone muscles without adding muscle size and Visual Impact for Women has the instructions on how to do this.  This program will show you how to firm up areas of your body while reducing its overall size.

“Pushing your reps to failure breaks down the muscle, which contributes to muscle growth…and can actually weaken the muscle if done on a regular basis.” Rusty

Helpful Information for Women Rusty and I both understand that not every woman will want to purchase this workout program but we believe in giving valuable information.  So here is some information to help you out even if you decide not to get Visual Impact for Women.

  • High-Repetitions tend to create a pump in the muscle which is perfect for body-building but not for looking great in your little black dress.
  • Gaining muscle mass is about how hard you push yourself in the final reps of a set. The basic concept is that if a woman doesn’t want to gain size don’t go to failure.
  • Low-repetitions that are just short of failure will be the greatest way to tone up a muscle without adding mass to that area.

I hope you have read this post and gained valuable information to help you achieve your goals in losing weight.  If you want to know more about the program go here:  Visual Impact for Women

Sarah Michelle Gellar Height, Weight, and Workout

Sarah Michelle Gellar height and weight is something that gets a lot of attention on the internet.  Some people tend to think that at times she is too skinny for her height, while others seem to be greatly jealous of her appearance. Sarah herself has said that she doesn’t starve herself or even kill herself at the gym but it apparent the she knows how to stay in shape.

About Sarah Michelle Gellar

Sarah was born in New York City on April 14, 1977 and entered the world of films at the tender age of 4.  It wasn’t until her roles and performance in “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and “All My Children” that people took notice of the up and coming actress.  Her role in “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” led her to win Teen Choice and Saturn Awards.  She has appearing in many movies including, Scooby-Doo, Cruel Intentions, I Know What You Did Last Summer, The Grudge and several others.

What’s Her Height and Weight

Sarah Michelle Gellar’s height is 5’3 and she weighs between 97 to 110 pounds.  Though her height hasn’t changed her weight has been up and down which leads to a lot of questions.  Definitely I would agree that she looks her best when she is around the 110lb mark.  When she is on the lower end at 97lbs Sarah appears to be too thin and get question as to whether or not she is anorexic.

With a height of 5’3 she can still appear lean and tone when she is 110-115.  This allows her arms and legs to be a little fuller and also gives her a nicer butt

“If someone thinks I have a good butt, then I take that as a compliment.” Sarah Michelle Gellar

Sarah Michelle Gellar’s Diet

She has mentioned that she tries to avoid dairy, deep fried foods and sugar in her diet mainly by just eating a well balanced diet and controlling her portions.  Though she loves eating sushi there are times when the beautiful actress says she is simply living off of soups and vitamins (this is not recommended for anyone).

Example of her 7 Day Soup Diet:

  • Monday:  mainly fruit (no bananas), cabbage soup, no sugary drinks
  • Tuesday: green leafy vegetables, no beans, peas, or corn. Potatoes with butter, no fruit
  • Wednesday: Eat what you ate on Monday and Tuesday except the potatoes
  • Thursday: cabbage soup, bananas, milk
  • Friday:  10 to 25oz of beef and 6 ripe tomatoes, drink 6 to 8 glasses of water, cabbage soup.
  • Saturday:  2 or 3 steaks with leafy greens and cabbage soup once or twice
  • Sunday:  Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables: Eat soup at least once.

She usually does this diet once or twice a month allowing for 2-3 weeks in between.

Sarah Michelle Gellar’s Workout and Exercise

Sarah has been practicing Tae Kwon Do for 5 years and also enjoys kickboxing, boxing, yoga and gymnastics. She works with her personal trainer Phong Tran at least 3-4 days per week.  She does three days a week of resistance or weight training and three day of cardio and pilates.

Sarah Michelle Gellar

“Look, it’s crazy for people to try to be as thin as we are. We have personal trainers and personal chefs. It’s our job to look this way.” Sarah Michelle Gellar

Sarah really doesn’t do anything too crazy with her workouts and I have yet to really get detail information as to exactly how her trainer trains her.  My guess is that it is kept simple and she does better on her diet plan.  Just by keeping her calories low she is going to stay lean and resistance training is only used to keep her muscles tone and lean.

Benefits of a Jump Rope Workout for Women

So Have You Ever Tried Using A Jump Rope to Workout?

I lot of women have jumped rope as a child and a jump rope workout may seem like mere child’s play.  However I don’t think most people understand how beneficial skipping rope can be and how difficult it is.  Jumping rope is not your average kid’s game that should be taken lightly and I am betting that most of you reading this haven’t jumped rope since you were about 10 years old.  I have posted in the past on a great workout routine to use for jumping rope but this time I wanted to give you the benefits.

Benefits of Jumping Rope For Women

 Easy to Learn

One of the best things about a jump rope workout is that it is easy to learn.  Knowing  you don’t have to spend hours learning how to jump rope is a great benefit as many women get discouraged about having to something that is extremely difficult and confusing.  For most women jumping rope is a simple as remembering how to ride a bike and if you don’t know how simply practicing 2-4 days a week for about 5 minute per day will be all that it takes.

Improves Coordination and Agility

I know a lot of people that trip over their own feet simply by walking.  When you start working out using a jump rope you will increase your eye hand coordination as well as your agility.  Jumping rope requires you to have great timing, endurance and strength.  As you get better at skipping rope your overall endurance will improve and most of the muscles in your body will become stronger.

No Need for a GYM

That’s right, you can forget about needing a gym membership and having to waste time driving to a gym.  It cost almost nothing to purchase a rope and workout in the comfort of your own home or outside.  Not only will you be saving money but you will be able to pack you rope and take it with you on vacations or on business trips so there is no excuse for not being able to exercise.

Works Almost Every Muscle in the Body

You want a better butt, sexier legs, nice flat abs, and strong sleek arms then this is the workout for you.  A jump rope workout will work most, if not completely all, the muscles in your body in couple of fluid motions.  By working out with a rope you will work your shoulders, core muscles, butt (women love that), and legs.  Your midsection really gets worked because you have to use your abs to stabilize your entire body.

Jump Rope Workout For Women

Rope Skipping To Lose Weight

While some people would consider a jump rope workout to be an anaerobic type of exercise and not good for losing weight or fat I have found that jumping rope to be great for a cardio workout.  I will not only help you develop a higher fitness lever but it will also help with better stamina and is great for releasing HGH that the body naturally produces.  These things will help the body burn fat more effectively when performing exercises using high intensity interval training.

A Quick “How to” on Jumping Rope

When jumping rope only jump about 1 to 2 inches off of the ground.  You only want to leave enough space for rope to slide under your feet and only the balls of your feet should touch the floor.  This is what makes your calves look great.

Keep your elbows close to your body as you turn the rope using your wrists. The movement of the rope itself will come from your wrists and forearms and not from you using your shoulders.

If you can’t jump rope for the entire workout you should put the rope down and just use your arms and legs as if you were still jumping with the rope.

Make sure you are using a rope that fits you.  Place the jump rope on the floor with your feet in the center and lift up the handles.  The handles should not come pass your collarbone.

NOTE: It’s quite amazing how you can improve your overall health and fitness by adding a jump rope workout to your routine.
