Getting rid of your hips and thighs is actually a process of proper diet and exercise.

See my wife tried various different diets, workouts and even paid for a trainer for a while.  Only to discover that she was having a hard time sticking to the diets, the workouts were not giving her the results she wanted and was sucking up all her free time.

After Losing Wide Hips and Thighs

Above is a picture from 2008(that was folded and hidden out of sight) and a picture of my wife just a few months ago.

You will notice in the picture of my wife that she has lost a lot of weight around her waist, hips, and thighs but she can’t get any smaller then her pelvic bone will allow. She will still have a slightly wider lower frame but to her this is great since she will always have that hourglass figure!

Dieting for weight loss will help get rid of the fat that is around your hips and thighs.  The problem is that most diets restrict what you eat so much that it's not enjoyable and you can't stick with it long term.

In order to lose your hips and thighs you NEED an eating plan (diet) that allows you to enjoy the foods you love while allowing you to lose weight.

My wife follows an eating plan where she is allowed to eat all the delicious foods she loves and is consistently losing weight.  The plan she follows is known as Eat Stop Eat and it is a form of fasting where two days out of the week she simply skips a meal or two.  It’s that simple!

No more crazy grocery lists and no starvation diets. She eats desserts she loves like carrot cake, drinks wine, and is able to go out with family and friends without feeling left out or guilty.

20 Minute Cardio Routine for losing Wide Hips and Thighs

For cardio, I introduced my wife to a high intensity interval training routine.  It was working for me in my weight loss effort so I decided what the heck I will try it with her.  The first few times my wife did the workouts she thought I was crazy and almost quit on me the first week.

But by the second week she was noticing a difference in her stamina, weight loss, and best of all time spent working out.

Not only was my wife losing weight and getting that hourglass figure but she didn't have to go to the gym and was only spending 20-30 minutes doing the workouts. This is far from the 45-60 minute cardio sessions she had been doing or the 1-2 hours she was doing with her trainer. There were days when the trainer suggested she go to the gym twice.  Her free time was back and she was enjoying life again thanks to Turbulence Training for Women.

Any woman looking to lose their wide hips and thighs should focus on diet and proper cardio.  If you want a eating method that will allow you to lose weight and still be able to enjoy the foods you love without a hassle try Eat Stop Eat

If you are tired spending countless hours in the gym for minimum results and would love to be able to workout at home or just have shorter workouts that give great results check out Turbulence Training for Women.
