One of the Biggest Mistakes Women Make -
Not Allowing Your Body to Burn Fat
This is something you must change!
Most women are simply going into their workouts with their bodies unprepared!
The fat that you have stored around your waistline is what your body has stored for RESERVE ENERGY. One of the problems is that your body will not burn body fat if it already has FOOD ENERGY readily available. Food energy is something that gets used first! It is only after you have used up the food energy that your body will start to burn the excess stored body fat.

Carbohydrate energy is actually the main source of fuel for your body. You’ve heard carbs give you energy, and it’s true!
So you might have guessed it that the ideal source of fuel for your body is “food energy” or glycogen which is essentially sugar stored in your muscles.
When you workout fuel gets burned! The great thing is that when your body runs out of “food energy” it will start to burn your BODY FAT for energy.
What you have been doing wrong is always having “food energy” for your body to burn as fuel making it almost impossible for you to BURN BODY FAT!
Most women get this wrong and always feel that they need to eat something before they workout. Basically you are not going into your workouts in the best possible condition to burn body fat.
What I recommend is that you make sure you don’t eat anything 3-4 hours before you workout. Actually the best time would be if you worked out as soon as you wake up since you won’t have eaten anything for at least six hours!
Don’t worry! I know you have been told that skipping meals or exercising without eating will slow your metabolism…
That’s just not true!
The fact is the diet that my wife uses Eat Stop Eat teaches about how intermittent fasting will allow you to lose weight quickly without even exercising.
Here is my wife just a couple of months after changing her eating habits and her new cardio routine. You can already see a big difference in her waist.

Simply skipping a meal is not going to cause your metabolism to slow down or have you go into starvation mode. A woman’s metabolism will only slow down after a very prolonged period of calorie restriction (think people starving in 3rd world countries). It won’t slow if you skip a meal or so!
The biggest thing is to go into your workout with little to no “food energy” in your system. Stay away from eating carbs or even drinking sports drinks before working out. Is this something you are doing?
I see so many women making this mistake.
