I think at some point everyone will cheat men and women alike! This subject came up last night while out for drinks with a couple of my male friends. When men get together it’s amazing the conversations that come up and the amount that have to do with our wives, girlfriends, and what women think. So often we hear both ask and answer the questions: why do men cheat, do all men cheat, are you always think with the other head. So let’s the horrible situation of cheating, however nothing I state will justify cheating just simply answering the questions.
“The answer to this question will never truly be known! More and more men and women are cheating as time passing, but there is one thing that is known and this is that for all the excuses there are really no reasons!”
She’s Not Going Anywhere
You won’t believe how many times I have heard a guy I know is cheating on his girl or wife say she’s not going anywhere when I ask why he is cheating. Sadly some men seem to think that they are the best thing in the world and there is no possible way that the woman they are with will leave. For the most part I have found this to be true and I am not saying that the woman doesn’t cheat in return but she doesn’t leave him and it just strokes his ego just a little bit more.
Double Standards It Okay For Men
No there’s no stupid law out that clearly states that it’s okay for men to cheat and not for women, however many view it as different. I don’t know how many times I hear a woman say it’s expected for a man to cheat but it is just considered “nasty” or “unnatural” for a woman to do the same thing. When guys hear comments like this from women it just adds our stupidity. We are already wanting to go sleep with another woman and then we hear you say that its expected, how dumb can we be?
I Cheat Because She Let’s Me
You know how many times I have had conversations with women who know that their spouse or boyfriend is cheating and all they say is, “what can I do?” For the most part if a man ever finds out that his wife or girl was cheating he would more than likely break up with her immediately. Most men feel like there is not much room for forgiving a woman if she cheats since it will just become a cycle. However many women go on living there lives knowing the person they are with is having other relations with other women. If you let us cheat men are going to do it especially if he knows you know and nothing happens.
Because You Need Him or Have a Family
It is very common with men who either make a lot of money or are married with children. With money they know that there is a dependency of the woman to maintain a certain lifestyle and they think it’s their right to do whatever they want since they are “supporting” the women. They also feel that since they have a wife and kids that the woman is not going to want to break up a family because he slept with someone else.
She Doesn’t Do The Things She Use Too
This covers so much it would be impossible to cover in one post. But mainly it has to do with her doing the things she did before they were dating or married. A lot of men feel that once they have committed to a woman that she stops doing all the things she did before. That could be going out drinking, going to football, how often they have sex, cooking, and other things. They don’t feel like she is the person they were when they men use that as justification to cheat.
Doesn’t Find Her Attractive Anymore
This is a big one as there has to be a sense of physical attraction and lust in a relationship. I hear some men complain that their wife doesn’t do her hair, dress up, take care of herself, or she has gained a considerable amount of weight. There has to be attraction to the person that you are spending that you are with.
The Last Reason Men Cheat
The last reason is simply because we are “SELFISH & STUPID!” Some men will have almost everything and still will go out and cheat on the person they are dating or married to. There is no rhyme or reason for we will do we just do it.
NOTE: I will say it is noted that women are now cheating more than men. So it is not just us that have been cheating and causing problems in relationships. Women too are looking for more than what they have already. So what do you think? Does everyone cheat men and women?
Do you exercise calf muscles doing your leg workout? Generally speaking there are only a few things men find more appealing than a pair of sexy legs on a woman. However while working out their legs I find that many women don’t exercise calf muscles the way that they should. I’m not suggesting that a woman should end up with huge calves from over working them but you have to work the entire leg and that includes your calf muscles. You want your leg to have a sexy appealing look “all over” not just the thigh and hip area.

Why So Many Forget About The Lower Legs
I think the main reason most women focus on the upper part of their legs are because that is the place the usually seek change. From the emails I have received this part of their legs is almost tops where they would consider their problem area. That simply means that this is the part of their leg where they find excessive fat. We all know that if there is one thing that will get a woman to workout out its not fitting into jeans or the dreaded thigh rub.
Reasons to Focus on Lower Leg
One reason for focusing on exercising your calf muscles is for balance and I not just talking about being able to stand up straight. But think about if you only work the top part of your body and never touch your lower part. You would end up looking like a lot of men in the gym who refuse to work their legs who have the massive upper body with the “chicken leg” look. Make sure you give your legs the sleek balance by working both upper and lower parts.
My second reason women should focus on their calves is simply because those are exposed more than any other part of the legs. Whether is shorts, swimsuits, skirts, or whatever else you wear that is going to show your legs your calves will be the first thing a man will see. If you think about when a man approaches you and says “you have wonderful legs” for the most part all he is commenting on are your calves. I mean let’s face unless you are in a bikini that is all he is really going to see!
Exercises for Building Sexy Calf Muscles:
Sprinting for Calves
Not only is sprinting excellent for building and sculpting a nice round butt, it also is ideal for great calves as well. Sprinting causes you to stay on your toes and is an excellent way to push your lower legs in an explosive way. I sprinted in high school and the women I saw on the track were some of the best looking and toned legs I have ever seen. If you want to lose weight fast or tone any part of your body then you should get into sprinting.
I just did a post a few days ago on how you can use jumping rope for high intensity interval training but skipping rope will no doubt help to build some pretty sexy calf muscles. The exercise forces you to stay on your toes and whenever you use your toes you use your calves. If you can do double jumps for a long period of time you will really burn the lower legs.
Also just look at all of the exotic dancer out there (Ok not all of them) but for the most part they all have nice tone legs. Much like performers such as “Beyonce” and “Shakira” who do whole performances while wearing heels the keep them on their toes for extends periods of time forcing them to work there calves.
My Thoughts On Exercising Calves
I find a woman’s leg to be very attractive and think that every part of the lower body should be worked including the calf muscles. For many women just the consistent walking in high heels all day will allow them to achieve similar tone and appearance. However for a better workout or for those who look to achieve a better overall appearance trying so of the tips recommended will surely help even taking up a dancing class that requires you to wear heels. So I was at my friend’s house last night when his wife walks in from the gym saying her trainer told her she could tone fat away from certain body parts. I almost died laughing when I heard that a personal trainer would tell someone that doing something like crunches can help them tone fat. Really tone fat? How in the world can you tone fat? You either lose fat or gain fat, but tone and fat really should never be mentioned together in my opinion.
“Sadly there is no magic trick for fat loss or toning your muscles. Unlike pulling a rabbit out of a hat no one can magicially make fat disappear. Don’t be fooled into thinking that you are doing something that is impossible to do such as toning fat.”
The Sad Reality of This
I started talking to my friend’s wife and discovered that she had heard this from several other people when I began to see that so many women are being mislead to believe the wrong information in regards to toning and fat loss. See I have been out with my friends and see how many calories she puts in from one meal. Just looking at her diet I could tell that she would not be able to lose fat.
The problem was that she put all her focus on weight training and cardio and hardly any effort on her diet. For some reason a lot of women don’t account the amount of fat that they have to the amount of food that they eat. So it only makes sense that the last thing they would think about when it comes to weight loss and body fat would be calories.
No One Wants the Truth
As I tried to discussing with my friend’s wife that she could indeed tone (build) her muscles she would actually have to create a calorie deficit to lose fat. Before I could even explain to her what I was talking about she starting saying that I didn’t know what I was talking about and the only reason I was in shape was because of my high metabolism. Her words where that almost of the women at her job had been told the same thing so what I was telling couldn’t be true.
So I simply asked her,” If most of her co-workers in shape or have they lost any weight?” Her reply to me was,” Not yet but the can feel that their muscles are being worked because they are so sore they day after and they are sweating a lot.”
The Whole Misconception
After hearing that from her I started to understand how someone could get away with making money and keep clients by telling them to tone fat away. A lot of people don’t want to hear the truth and for others they simply hear something so much that they actually believe it to be true. Having sore muscles maybe a slight indication of toning or muscle growth but has nothing to do with fat loss.
While doing exercises and cardio does help you do burn calories it doesn’t mean that you are doing enough work on a weekly basis to create enough of a calorie deficit for fat loss. I don’t know how many times I hear a woman tell me she didn’t lose weight this week because she gained muscle. Really, I highly doubt that as it takes an extremely longer rate of time to build muscle than it does to lose fat.
If it Sounds Too Good
I someone is telling you something that sounds too to be true than if probably isn’t. There is no easy way to lose fat other than reducing calorie intake. Exercise and cardio are definitely needed but 80% will come for what and how much you eat.
A crunch exercises abdominal muscles but will not tone fat away from that area. I see countless numbers of women trying to tone fat by doing thigh, arm and abs exercises only to hear the reason they haven’t seen weight loss on the scale that week was because the gain muscle weight. I don’t want you to be that person that is being misled with bogus information like my friend’s wife was.

So many women including my wife seem to focus on trying to “work” their thighs to a smaller size. The problem is working your thighs only does two things: tone the muscles or build muscle size. Your thighs fat problem is an issue we will carefully discuss in this post.

Let’s face it we have fat all over our bodies and excess fat will build up on your back, arms, stomach and yes even your thighs. In today’s world everyone leads a very busy and hectic lifestyle and let’s face it losing weight alone is very hard. The older we get the less exercise we tend to want to do or rather the less physical activity that is going to cause us to break a sweat.
We you have to understand Is that it took months if not years to get your thighs to the size that they are and if you are not happy with your body it’s going to take time and effort to get the thighs to the way you want them.
Since women naturally store more fat in their hips and thighs area eating excessive calories and not exercising or being active only causes the problem of fat thighs to get worse. Getting the leaner slimmer thighs is going to mean getting that extra layer of fat to come off which can only be done by lowering your overall body fat content.
Exercises for Thigh Fat Loss
I have heard so many women discussing which exercises they have or are doing for fat loss in their thighs. Up to this point I know of no exercises that will work the fat off any particular area of the body. Thigh fat is no different from the fat that is everywhere else on your body, it “CAN’T BE SPOT REDUCED.”
As much as women would love to think that they can just walk in the gym and to thigh exercises and the fat will magically disappear it just will never happen. What will happen instead is that you will spend countless hours and days in the gym to only become discouraged from working out all together.
80% is What You Eat
Just as weight gain comes for eating too much it is proven that majority of a person’s weight loss comes from about 80% or more of what a person eats. Exercises don’t make you gain weight or really lose weight for that matter but is just an extra tool to in the fight. The real focus needs to be on what and how much you eat. If you are gaining weight it simply means you are eating too much and calories are being stored as fat all over your body including those thighs.
“There’s no secret that dieting and exercise are the key to fat loss. However, exercising and thinking that you will lose weight even if you don’t make changes in your eating habits usually ends up in you becoming discourage. You simply just can’t exercise enough to burn all the calories you eat.”
What Should You Do?
In most cases I have found that by simply reducing your calorie intake, walking, and working out usually cures the problem. I know it just sounds too simple and generic that it can’t be the truth but it is. When I say reduce your calorie intake I am not saying to simply skip a meal or anything but rather if you consistently eat 2000 calories per day try going down to 1750 per day. Do this for a week and see if the weight loss is occurs. If not drop your calorie intake down to 1600 and so on, the fact is your body needs less calories than you think it does.
Walking and exercise will give you that extra push you need to get over the hump. Since you are not going to get your calorie intake measured exactly right the extra calories you burn from exercising will help create a calorie deficit causing your body to burn fat a fuel.
How Long Does It Take
Sadly there is not a time table anyone can give you as to how long it will take to lose the fat in your thighs. The fact is your body chooses where stored fat will be pulled from to use as fuel. What you are in control of is how much of a deficit you can create to proper diet and exercise so really how long it takes is up to you and how much weight you need to loss.
For someone who has 25 or more pounds they may see results faster simply because they have more weight to lose than say someone who only has 15lbs. Remember your thighs fat is the same is the fat all over your body and losing it will only come from creating a calorie deficit. There are exercises to help tone the thighs but again they have NOTHING to do with the fat loss in that area.

I overheard two women talking and one asked the other, “Why is my stomach flabby?” I thought about it and realized that if there is one aspect of a woman’s body that she would like to focus on it would certainly be her stomach or waist region. Women first need to understand that there are no shortcuts to getting rid of belly fat or stomach flab.

Reasons Your Stomach Looks Flabby
There could be several reasons that you maintain flab in your waist area. For starters you could simply just be eating too much. For women the area around the waist, highs, and thighs are the first place the fats deposits when you eat too many calories. It also could be that you have lost so much weight that you just have a lot of loose skin around your midsection and it needs to be tightened up. Another cause could simply be indigestion and your food is causing a bulge in your lower abdominal region.
Common Myths about Stomach Fat
For some reason people seem to think that doing repetitive sit-ups or abdominal exercises will give you a flatter sexier stomach. However this couldn’t be further from the truth as performing these exercises does not allow you to spot reduce where you lose fat. Core exercises will help give definition to the stomach muscles, but there is still a layer of fat that is covering it up.
Another myth is that you need to do a crazy amount of exercise or cardio so that your belly fat will go away. This is also false and doing an excessive amount of exercise and cardio will only help create a calorie deficit if you maintain a calorie intake low enough for it to affect your weight loss. In other words eating less and burning more calories is the efficient way to burn lose fat “all over.” Don’t think, for a second, that losing fat around your middle is easier for some and harder for others or that you can’t do it.
There is no such thing as a miracle health food or fat burner! Many of the foods that you see promoted are just junk foods that end up helping you gain more weight than you are losing. Don’t waste your money or time on fat-burner pills, supplements.
How to Lose Belly Fat
Do you really want to lose that stomach flab? Are you going to listen if I tell you exactly what to do? Okay, well the first step is actually being willing to do what it takes to lose belly fat so that you can have a sexy stomach. This means that you are going to have to be ready to put in both the time and effort necessary for you to lose the flab since there is no miracle in losing stomach fat.
Secondly, you have to come to terms that getting abs is as simple as eating fewer calories than your body burns. And for as simple as this sounds this is one of the hardest things for people to both believe and grasp. Since one pound of fat is roughly about 3000+ calories in order for you to lose a pound of fat in a week your body must be in a deficit of that amount.
This deficit can come from a combination of calories burned through exercise and the deficit from eating less on a daily basis. Drinking more water and accounting for what you eat through a daily journal are the best ways to lose belly fat. Drinking water helps avoid the empty calories from alcohol and soft drinks while the journal makes your aware of the things you eat and how much so you know what to cut back on.
NOTE: There are no miracle foods or pills that will help you get rid of stomach flab, however if you want a flatter stomach you are simply going to have to create a calories deficit, this can be done through Eat Stop Eat which is a concept of taking a break from eating by Brad Pilon.
